Its 1 m reach gives more spacing than the 0.5 m default cable in C9300L-STACK-KIT. It does not fit Catalyst 9300 modular uplink switches. This Cisco Catalyst 9300L stack cable joins the rear stack adapters used by fixed-uplink Catalyst 9300L models. Each switch needs two rear stack adapters, and each StackWise link must use matching C9300L-STACK adapters at both ends. StackWise-320 forms one logical switch with one control and management plane, active and standby roles, and full-ring redundancy for as many as 8 switches.

320 Gbps of StackWise-320 bandwidth applies to Catalyst 9300L fixed-uplink stacks with as many as 8 members. 1 m of cable length suits side-by-side or separated rack positions when the 0.5 m cable does not reach. A full ring of n switches needs n cables; a chain needs n minus one cables and runs without redundant stack links. STACK-T3-1M uses the rear StackWise-320 adapter path, and each link must keep the same adapter-and-cable type at both ends. Each link can be reseated while the stack runs when only one link is disconnected at a time. Catalyst 9300L fixed-uplink switches run Cisco IOS XE 16.11.1b or later.
New sealed and certified refurbished conditions apply to the 1 m StackWise-320 cable. Certified refurbished cables have connectors, pins, latches and housing inspected, with stack link up at the rated bandwidth. Order one cable per full-ring member, or one fewer cable for a chain, and confirm the 1 m path. Cisco stopped selling STACK-T3-1M on 3 November 2025; Cisco service ends 30 November 2030. STACK-T3-1M is the Cisco 1M Type 3 Stacking Cable for C9300L SKUs. It is a 1 m StackWise-320 data stack cable for Catalyst 9300L fixed-uplink switches. The T3 segment marks the Type 3 cable set, and 1M marks the 1 m length.
STACK-T3-1M fits Catalyst 9300L switches using C9300L-STACK adapters. Catalyst 9300 modular uplink switches use STACK-T1-1M for 1 m StackWise-480 links, and Catalyst 9300LM switches use STACK-T3A-1M for 1 m Type 3A links. Catalyst 3850 and 3650 switches are not supported in Catalyst 9300L fixed-uplink stacks.
A Catalyst 9300L uses STACK-T3-1M for a 1 m Type 3 StackWise-320 link with C9300L-STACK adapters. The same Type 3 cable set includes STACK-T3-50CM and STACK-T3-3M. Catalyst 9300L switches also use STACK-T3A-50CM, STACK-T3A-1M and STACK-T3A-3M when the link uses C9300L-STACK-A adapters.
STACK-T3-1M carries StackWise-320 data stacking for Catalyst 9300L at 320 Gbps. StackWise-320 gives the stack one control and management plane, active and standby switch roles, SSO/NSF, and full-ring redundancy. A half ring operates at half bandwidth and has no redundant stack links.
A full ring needs one STACK-T3-1M cable per Catalyst 9300L switch when every link uses 1 m Type 3 cabling. A chain needs one fewer cable and has no redundant stack links. Measure the rear-panel route first, because adjacent switches may use 0.5 m and spaced switches may need 3 m.
STACK-T3-1M serves Catalyst 9300L StackWise-320 stacks with as many as 8 members. A full ring gives full 320 Gbps stack bandwidth and redundant StackWise connections. An incomplete ring gives half bandwidth and no redundant connections, and further link loss can partition the stack.
STACK-T3-1M stack connections can be reseated while the stack runs when only one link is handled at a time. Never connect a powered-on switch into a powered-on stack. Keep the connector aligned, finger-tighten the screws, and verify the stack port state after the link returns.
STACK-T3-1M can remain on a Catalyst 9300L-to-Catalyst 9300L Type 3 link in a mixed stack layout. C9300LM switches use only T3A type stacking cables, and each StackWise link must use the matching adapter and cable combination at both ends. That rule makes the adapters the ordering checkpoint.
The replacement for STACK-T3-1M is STACK-T3A-1M. The replacement changes the link to Type 3A and fits Catalyst 9300L and Catalyst 9300LM when the matching stack adapters are present. Confirm the adapters at both ends, because Type 3 and Type 3A components must not be mixed on one link.
STACK-T3-1M is the 1 m Type 3 cable, and STACK-T3-3M is the 3 m Type 3 cable. Both serve Catalyst 9300L StackWise-320 links with C9300L-STACK adapters. Use 1 m for shorter spaced runs and 3 m when the rear-panel path is longer.

Cisco stopped selling STACK-T3-1M on 3 November 2025. The last ship date was 1 February 2026, and Cisco service ends on 30 November 2030. The cable serves Catalyst 9300L fixed-uplink stacks, and the affected-products replacement is STACK-T3A-1M.
