C9350-24HX combines 24 multigigabit copper access ports with UPOE+ in a managed Layer 3, 1U rack-mount switch for enterprise campus networks. Its downlinks support 10M/100M/1G/2.5G/5G/10G for wireless access points, cameras and building automation endpoints. The C9350 Series Smart Switches use Cisco IOS XE and modular uplinks rather than built-in fiber uplink ports. The uplink bay ships empty: C9350-NM-2C supplies two 100G connections, C9350-NM-8Y supplies eight 25G connections, and C9350-NM-8M supplies copper uplinks. Compared with C9350-24U at 60W per port, the 90W-per-port ceiling accommodates higher-draw endpoints, subject to the installed power configuration. The hardware part number stays the same across regions and management choices; the network feature tier is selected separately.

880 Gbps switching capacity and 654.72 Mpps forwarding define the standalone traffic-processing limits; stacking raises switching capacity to 2480 Gbps. 1265W of shared PoE is available with the default PWR-C2-1600WAC-I at 230V, while a second PWR-C2-1600WAC-I raises the ceiling to 2160W. C9350-24HX uses a Cisco Silicon One A100/L ASIC with 16 GB DRAM and 18 GB flash. The Cisco C9350 hardware supports 64000 MAC entries and a 192000-route IPv4 ceiling, distinct from license-specific routing limits. OSPF supports 1000 routes under Switching Essentials, alongside RIP, EIGRP Stub, PBR, VRRP and PIM Stub Multicast. Switching Advantage unlocks additional capabilities including programmable interfaces, full Flexible NetFlow and SD-Access. Management includes a web UI, local console, SSH CLI, Cisco Catalyst Center and the Meraki dashboard. Cloud CLI access is read-only with cloud configuration and read/write with device configuration.
C9350-24HX is available from ORM Systems new sealed or certified refurbished, with an ORM warranty of up to 3-year extended coverage on new units and up to 1 year on certified refurbished units. Certified refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested, with PoE output verified under load on every powered port, firmware verified, configuration wiped to factory default, and clean boot confirmed. Specify condition and the complete accessory and license configuration on the PO; returns are available for 30 days on every condition, terms apply. POs are accepted, government buyers receive Net-30 terms, and enterprise or volume orders can use UK, EU, US and MEA stock/RMA coverage with advance-replacement RMA.

An existing staging process built around an earlier software train needs a separate image check before adding this model. Cisco IOS XE 26.1.1a is the minimum software requirement for this hardware. Specify the required release and validate the deployment image before the purchase order is finalized.
A wiring closet that needs power sharing between chassis can use a StackPower+ ring containing four switches. Data stacking and power sharing use separate connections. Size each power-sharing group independently, and specify CAB-SPWR-35CM= or CAB-SPWR-100CM= according to the physical spacing before ordering the interconnected switches.
A rollout across regions can standardize on one hardware PID rather than selecting regional or management-specific chassis variants. Power cords still require an explicit selection for each installed power supply. Specify the destination power connections and the quantity of cords separately on each site's purchase order.
400G aggregate modular uplink bandwidth
C9350-24HX supports 200G aggregate modular uplink bandwidth. C9350-48HX accepts C9350-NM-4C for four 100G uplinks and also increases copper access density to 48 ports.
Stacking with older switch families
C9350-24HX stacks only with C9350 members at matching license levels. Earlier-generation stack members and stacking cables cannot be reused in its StackWise-1.6T data stack.

C9350-24HX identifies the Cisco C9350 family, 24 copper access ports and the HX configuration of 10G multigigabit connectivity with 90W UPOE+. The supplied PID has no license-tier or regional suffix. Switching Essentials and Switching Advantage are selected separately rather than encoded as alternate hardware PIDs.
C9350-24HX supports a web UI, local console, SSH CLI, Cisco Catalyst Center and the Meraki dashboard. Cloud-configuration mode provides read-only cloud CLI, while device-configuration mode permits read/write cloud CLI. The selected configuration source determines how configuration changes are made and which dashboard controls are available.
Cisco has not announced an end-of-sale date for C9350. C9350-24HX remains available to order within the C9350 Series Smart Switches. A purchase can therefore retain this hardware model rather than moving to a replacement PID because of an announced end-of-sale milestone.
ORM Systems offers C9350-24HX new sealed or certified refurbished, with up to a 3-year extended ORM warranty for new units or up to 1 year refurbished. Returns are 30 days in either condition, terms apply. Cisco's Limited Lifetime Warranty covers the original owner, bounded to five years after discontinuance.
C9350-24HX supports Cisco Networking Subscription with Switching Essentials or Switching Advantage, starting at 36 months for new subscriptions, and Meraki Classic co-termination licensing. Switching OS rights are perpetual, while subscription rights have a term. Hardware condition does not remove licensing requirements, so specify the licensing path separately.
C9350-24HX provides a shared 1265W PoE budget with its default PWR-C2-1600WAC-I at 230V and supports 90W per port. Simultaneous 90W delivery across 24 ports requires 2160W. A second PWR-C2-1600WAC-I reaches that ceiling in combined mode; the default single-supply configuration does not.
C9350-24HX supports C9350-NM-2C for two 100G/40G uplinks, C9350-NM-8Y for eight 25G/10G/1G or four 50G uplinks, and C9350-NM-8M for eight multigigabit copper uplinks. The base hardware includes no uplink module, so the selected module must appear separately on the purchase order.
Switching Essentials supplies fundamental switching and routed-access capabilities for the C9350 Series, while Switching Advantage adds programmable interfaces, full Flexible NetFlow and SD-Access capabilities. These additions belong to the perpetual feature tier. Select the tier against required functionality rather than assuming that the common hardware PID includes Advantage features.
C9350-24HX supports 90W UPOE+ per port, while C9350-24U supports 60W UPOE per port. Both provide 24 copper access connections, but their power classes differ. C9350-24U addresses 60W endpoint requirements; C9350-24HX accommodates endpoints requiring more than 60W, within the available shared budget.
C9350-24HX includes PWR-C2-1600WAC-I, whereas C9350-48HXN includes PWR-C2-850WAC-I. Their starting power configurations therefore differ before optional supplies are added. Specify C9350-48HXN when its 850W starting configuration fits the required bill of materials, or C9350-24HX when the included 1600W configuration is required.
C9350-48HX provides 48 multigigabit access ports, while C9350-24HX provides 24. Both support 90W UPOE+ per port and belong to the C9350 Series Smart Switches. A 48-connection requirement calls for C9350-48HX; a purchase requiring 24 access connections can specify C9350-24HX instead.
