SG350X-24PD-K9 combines 20 Gigabit access ports with four native 2.5G access ports, providing PoE+ across all 24 connections. Four ports also support 60W PoE for higher-draw endpoints. The managed, rack-mount switch belongs to the Cisco 350X Series and combines Layer 2 switching with static routing, placing it in the Layer 2+ category. Four fixed 10G uplinks comprise two dedicated SFP+ connections and two copper/SFP+ combo connections. Each combo connection uses either its copper interface or its fiber interface, not both simultaneously. This arrangement accommodates phones, access points and other powered business endpoints without requiring an uplink expansion card.
SG350X-24PD-K9 price for new stock is $2,467.50. SG350X-24PD-K9 refurb price is $1,256.72. SG350X-24PD-K9 is in stock and available for next-day dispatch. (terms applied)

140 Gbps switching capacity and 104.16 Mpps forwarding provide the switching performance for this mixed-speed configuration. Static IPv4 and IPv6 routing supports communication between configured IP networks without dynamic routing. SG350X-24PD-K9 has 512 MB of DRAM, 256 MB of flash and a 3 MB packet buffer shared across its ports. Its MAC table accommodates 16000 addresses, while IPv4 routing supports 990 static routes and 128 IP interfaces. STP/RSTP/MSTP manages Layer 2 topology, and LACP supports aggregated connections. The internal universal AC power input accepts 100–240V AC. Maximum consumption reaches 476.6W with PoE at 110V, so upstream power provisioning must cover the complete switch load rather than endpoint power alone.
ORM Systems offers SG350X-24PD-K9 new sealed or certified refurbished. Refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested, with power-on and POST, rated-speed port links, clean boot, PoE output under load, optics bay recognition, firmware verification and configuration wiping to factory default. Specify the condition, regional ordering form and required accessories before issuing the PO; new units carry up to a 3-year extended warranty, certified refurbished units carry up to 1 year, and every condition has 30-day returns, with terms applying. Cisco's limited lifetime hardware warranty remains subject to entitlement and ends July 31, 2027; enterprise and volume orders support PO acceptance, Net-30 for government and RMA with advance replacement, with regional stock/RMA across the UK, EU, US and MEA.

When a branch rollout includes a United States delivery, SG350X-24PD-K9-NA is the regional ordering form. The catalog number omits that final regional segment, so the destination needs to be explicit rather than inferred from an existing equipment spreadsheet. Specify the complete regional identifier on each purchase-order line.
When spare switches are staged before dispatch, the front USB Type A port can transfer configuration files, firmware images and system logs. That gives the staging process a local file-transfer path before installation. Specify the approved image, saved configuration and acceptance checklist before the purchase order is released.
Eight multigigabit endpoint connections
Only four access ports reach 2.5G. C1300-24MGP-4X provides eight 2.5G access ports with sixteen Gigabit access ports, retaining a total of 24 access connections.
Dynamic routing at the access edge
Routing is limited to static IPv4 and IPv6 routes. Networks requiring dynamically learned routes need a different routing-capable switch or a separate routing device.
Fanless operation near occupied desks
The chassis uses three fans rather than passive cooling. Installations requiring a fanless switch cannot meet that requirement with this model.

SG350X-24PD-K9 identifies a 350X managed switch with 24 powered access ports, including four 2.5G ports. The PD configuration combines Gigabit and multigigabit PoE access with fixed 10G uplinks. SG350X-24PD-K9-NA adds the North American regional suffix; retain K9 when matching the complete ordering identifier.
SG350X-24PD-K9 supports HTTP/HTTPS web configuration, console or SSH/Telnet CLI, SNMP, Smart Network Application, FindIT Network Manager with an embedded Probe, and Active Advisor integrations. The CLI offers full and menu modes, while the web interface offers simple and advanced modes for different configuration workflows.
SG350X-24PD-K9 is discontinued, with end of sale on July 30, 2022 and last support on July 31, 2027. Software maintenance ended July 30, 2023. CBS350-24MGP-4X-NA was the immediate replacement but is also discontinued; C1300-24MGP-4X is the current model at the end of that replacement chain.
ORM Systems offers SG350X-24PD-K9 new sealed or certified refurbished, with up to a 3-year extended warranty on new units and up to 1 year on refurbished units. Cisco's limited lifetime hardware warranty is bounded by July 31, 2027, subject to entitlement. Returns are available for 30 days on every condition; terms apply.
SG350X-24PD-K9 provides a shared 375W PoE budget across 24 powered access ports, with four ports supporting 60W PoE. The remaining powered access ports support 30W PoE+. Aggregate endpoint demand must remain within the shared budget; individual port capability does not mean every port can supply its maximum simultaneously.
The Cisco SG350X-24PD has four logical 10G uplinks: two dedicated SFP+ connections and two copper/SFP+ combo connections. Each combo connection permits only one active medium at a time. Select the copper or fiber connection for each combo position before allocating the uplink interfaces.
The Cisco 350X Series stacks four hardware members using 10G network interfaces. Supported direct-attach options include SFP-H10GB-CU1M=, SFP-H10GB-CU3M= and SFP-H10GB-CU5M=. Reserve interfaces for the stack links before assigning distribution connections, and select cable lengths that match the physical spacing of the installed members.
Yes, SG350X-24PD-K9 supports static routing between configured IP networks, including VLAN interfaces. IPv4 capacity is 990 static routes with 128 IP interfaces. Keep the routing design within those limits and identify the required next hops before configuration; this model does not provide a dynamic routing feature set.
The Cisco SG350X-24PD accepts 100–240V AC through an internal universal power supply. Maximum consumption with PoE is 476.6W at 110V. Size the upstream power connection for the complete chassis and endpoint load, rather than treating the PoE output budget as the total input requirement.
SG350X-24PD-K9 provides four 60W-capable ports, where SG350X-24PV-K9-NA provides eight 60W-capable ports. Both models are discontinued. For existing-fleet maintenance, the PD configuration accommodates fewer higher-draw connections, while the PV configuration accommodates more; neither port count removes the need to allocate the shared PoE budget.
SG350X-24PD-K9 provides 24 access ports, where SG350X-48PV-K9-NA provides 48 access ports. Both models are discontinued. The 24-port model matches smaller existing access-port requirements, while the 48-port model addresses denser installed configurations; select maintenance stock against the actual equipment inventory and required connection count.
C1300-24MGP-4X provides eight 2.5G access ports, where SG350X-24PD-K9 provides four. The former is the current replacement-chain endpoint, while the latter is discontinued. Existing installations may require an exact legacy spare; new-standard purchases requiring more multigigabit access connections should specify the current model and verify the complete configuration.
