SG350XG-24T-K9 provides 10GBASE-T connectivity for servers and network storage in a managed Layer 2+ switch. Twenty-two dedicated copper network ports and two copper/SFP+ combo uplinks provide 24 active Ethernet connections in a 1U rack chassis. Selecting a fiber connection uses the corresponding shared interface rather than adding a separate port. The Cisco 350X Series targets small-business networks, and this non-PoE configuration connects separately powered equipment. Copper and SFP+ interfaces support 1G and 10G links, allowing different connection speeds within the same installation. The discontinued SG350XG-48T-K9-NA increases copper connection density to 48 ports. This 24-port 10GBASE-T stackable switch retains the lower-density layout for buyers matching an existing copper server environment without changing endpoint connection types.
SG350XG-24T-K9 price for new stock is $4,903.50. SG350XG-24T-K9 refurb price is $1,206.45. SG350XG-24T-K9 is in stock and available for next-day dispatch. (terms applied)

480 Gbps switching capacity handles traffic across the available connections, while 357.12 Mpps forwarding specifies performance with 64-byte packets. 990 IPv4 static routes and 128 IP interfaces support local inter-VLAN forwarding; IPv6 static routing extends to 245 routes and 106 interfaces. A 32000-entry MAC table accommodates learned endpoint addresses. SG350XG-24T-K9 pairs 512 MB of DRAM with 256 MB of flash, and a 2 MB packet buffer is dynamically shared across ports. STP/RSTP/MSTP and LACP provide loop-control and link-aggregation options. Browser administration, a scriptable CLI, and SNMP provide local and network-based control, while the dedicated Gigabit management interface separates administrative access from network connections. DHCP snooping, IP Source Guard, and Dynamic ARP Inspection apply checks to address bindings. 146.7W worst-case consumption at 110V establishes the electrical allocation for the chassis. Four fans provide active cooling, so this model is not fanless.
ORM Systems supplies SG350XG-24T-K9 new sealed with up to a 3-year extended warranty or certified refurbished with up to 1 year, plus 30-day returns on every condition; terms apply. Refurbished units are inspected and bench-tested, including rated-speed port links and optics bay recognition, then firmware verified and wiped to factory default. Specify condition, regional power requirements, and accessories on the purchase order; Cisco service ended June 30, 2025. Enterprise and volume orders support PO acceptance, Net-30 for government, RMA with advance replacement, and regional stock/RMA across the UK, EU, US, and MEA.

When adding capacity to an existing SG350X, SG350XG, or SX350X installation, hardware stacking permits a mixed-family stack with ring or chain interconnects. Reserve the chosen interfaces before assigning endpoint connections, and include SFP-H10GB-CU1M= or SFP-H10GB-CU3M= where copper direct-attach links match the required reach.
When several sites need matching configurations, text-editable configuration files and SCP downloads support a repeatable staging workflow. Two software images allow an alternate image to remain on the switch during upgrades. Specify the configuration baseline, management addressing, and required software image in the purchase order before units enter staging.
When consolidating server and storage connections, iSCSI traffic prioritization and support for jumbo frames up to 9000 bytes provide specific configuration points to validate. The default MTU is 2000 bytes, so jumbo operation requires explicit configuration. Specify matching end-to-end frame settings and the intended traffic-priority policy before ordering.
Power delivery to connected endpoints
SG350XG-24T-K9 does not supply PoE through its network ports. Connected endpoints require separate power supplies or a different switch with powered access ports.
Continuing Cisco service for production equipment
Cisco service for SG350XG-24T-K9 ended June 30, 2025. C1300-24XT is the current endpoint of the migration chain for buyers requiring a supported successor.
Stacks larger than four members
SG350XG-24T-K9 hardware stacks stop at four switches. A requirement for five or more members exceeds the supported stack size and needs a different stacking design.

SG350XG-24T-K9 identifies the 24-port copper 10-Gigabit member of the Cisco 350X Series. The 24T configuration contains 24 10GBASE-T connections, including two shared copper/SFP+ pairs. Regional completion is separate: SG350XG-24T-K9-NA is the North American form, while SG350XG-24T-K9-UK is the United Kingdom form.
SG350XG-24T-K9 supports browser-based HTTP/HTTPS management, a full or menu CLI through console, SSH or Telnet, and SNMP versions 1, 2c and 3. Network-level options include Smart Network Application, FindIT Network Manager with the embedded FindIT Network Probe, and Active Advisor. A dedicated Gigabit management port provides out-of-band access.
SG350XG-24T-K9 is discontinued: end of sale was June 18, 2020, and Cisco support ended June 30, 2025. The replacement chain runs through the discontinued SX350X-24-K9-NA and CBS350-24XT-NA to C1300-24XT. Orders for the original switch therefore need independent support arrangements rather than an assumption of continuing Cisco coverage.
ORM Systems offers SG350XG-24T-K9 new sealed with up to a 3-year extended warranty or certified refurbished with up to 1 year. Both conditions include 30-day returns; terms apply. Cisco's original limited lifetime hardware warranty no longer provides service because the last date of support was June 30, 2025.
SG350XG-24T-K9 has two fixed 10G SFP+ cages shared with two copper ports, not two additional independent interfaces. Only one side of each copper/SFP+ pair operates at a time. Using both cages leaves 22 dedicated copper connections available, so fiber uplinks consume shared connections within the 24-port total.
Cisco 350X Series hardware stacking supports four members and permits mixtures of SG350X, SG350XG, and SX350X models. Ring and chain arrangements use 10G copper or fiber interfaces. SFP-H10GB-CU1M= and SFP-H10GB-CU3M= are supported direct-attach options for short copper connections; the selected interfaces are reserved for stack links.
SG350XG-24T-K9 supports static IPv4 and IPv6 routing, with 990 IPv4 static routes and 128 IP interfaces. IPv6 capacity is 245 static routes and 106 interfaces. Those limits describe the switch's static-routing capability; Layer 2 switching remains available alongside configured inter-VLAN forwarding through physical ports, link aggregation groups, or VLAN interfaces.
SG350XG-24T-K9 uses an internal universal AC supply and reaches 146.7W worst-case system consumption at 110V, or 144.7W at 220V. The input range is 100-240V AC. Four fans provide active cooling, and the operating range is 0°C to 50°C; this is not a fanless switch.
SG350XG-24T-K9 is a 1U rack-mount switch measuring 440 mm wide, 44 mm high, and 450 mm deep, with a weight of 5.57 kg. The original package includes a mounting kit, power cord, and console cable. Rack planning must allow for the chassis depth and attached cabling.
SG350X-24P-K9-NA supplies PoE+ from Gigabit access ports, whereas SG350XG-24T-K9 provides non-PoE 10GBASE-T connections. The PoE model has a 195W shared power budget, changing endpoint power planning. Both are discontinued: the former addresses legacy powered Gigabit endpoints, while the latter addresses separately powered 10G equipment in an existing installation.
SG350XG-48T-K9-NA offers 48 copper 10G connections where SG350XG-24T-K9 offers 24. Each has two SFP+ cages shared with copper connections rather than additional independent ports. Both are discontinued legacy models: the larger version addresses higher copper connection counts, while the 24-port version serves smaller existing installations.
C1300-24XT has four shared 10G SFP+ connections where SG350XG-24T-K9 has two, while both provide 24 copper 10G connections. C1300-24XT is the current successor reached through the migration chain. The older unit addresses installed-base replacement, while the successor addresses buyers requiring the later shared-uplink arrangement.
