2000 Gbps maximum switching capacity provides the hardware switching ceiling, while 1488 Mpps forwarding performance characterizes processing of 64-byte IPv4 packets. C9300X-24Y-M carries 16 GB of DRAM and 16 GB of flash for system operation and image storage. The UADP 2.0sec ASIC handles forwarding, with a 32000-entry MAC address table accommodating learned Ethernet destinations. Static routing supports configured IP paths, and the Meraki software option also provides DHCP server and relay functions. Three FAN-T2-M fans provide cooling with N+1 fan redundancy. A second internal power-supply bay allows an additional supply to be specified; redundant power is optional rather than supplied as standard.
