The NIM-4BRI-NT/TE is a 4-port Network Interface Module supporting ISDN Basic Rate Interface in both Network Termination (NT) and Terminal Equipment (TE) modes for Cisco ISR routers.
The module is compatible with Cisco 1900, 2900, 3900, 4000 and 4400 Series Integrated Services Routers that feature NIM slots.
Key features include four ISDN BRI ports, configurable NT/TE modes, data and voice support, inline power for TE devices, and hot-swappable installation.
Power down the router, insert the module into an available NIM slot, tighten the captive screws, power on the router, and verify the port status in IOS®.
