SG300-10MP is a fanless, managed Layer 2+ desktop switch with eight 10/100/1000 PoE access ports and two fixed Gigabit copper/SFP combo uplinks. Each combo uplink uses either its RJ-45 connector or its SFP cage, so copper and fiber are alternatives rather than additional independent connections. The Cisco Small Business 300 family combines configurable switching with static IPv4 routing for networks carrying desktop, voice and wireless traffic. Compared with the discontinued SG300-10P, this model provides a larger endpoint-power allocation; the smaller sibling has a 62W PoE budget. The compact desktop Gigabit PoE switch combines endpoint connectivity and power delivery without a modular chassis.
