C1300-24T-4X identifies a Catalyst 1300 switch with 24 copper Gigabit Ethernet access ports and four 10 Gigabit SFP+ uplinks. C1300 identifies the series, 24 gives the access-port count, T identifies the non-PoE copper configuration, and 4X identifies the four 10G uplinks. The complete PID has no license-tier suffix.
The Catalyst 1300 series supports a web UI, CLI over SSH or Telnet, RJ-45 or USB-C console access, Cisco Business Dashboard, Cisco Business mobile app, SNMP, and Network Plug and Play. An external USB Bluetooth dongle also permits browser or CLI access; specify the intended management path and required accessories.
Cisco has not announced an end-of-sale date for Catalyst 1300. C1300-24T-4X remains an available model rather than a discontinued replacement awaiting another migration. Retirement dates attached to older Catalyst 1000 or CBS350 products apply to those older products, not to this switch.

Eight compatible Catalyst 1300 switches form a Front Panel Stacking system, with C1300-24T-4X belonging to C1300 Family 1. Stacks use 10 Gigabit Ethernet front-panel interfaces and support ring or chain arrangements. C1300 Family 2 and Catalyst 1300X members cannot share that stack; verify each member PID.
