The Catalyst 9500 core switch includes 16 GB DRAM and 16 GB flash, with 4094 VLAN IDs and SDM templates for distribution, core, NAT, and SD-Access roles. C9K-T1-FANTRAY cooling uses four fans, and 1+1 power redundancy is available through a second supported internal power supply.
