C1300-24MGP-4X supports static routing and RIP v2, not OSPF. Catalyst 1300X supports OSPF v2 and OSPF v3 for deployments requiring that routing protocol.
Fanless operation in occupied rooms
C1300-24MGP-4X uses one fan. C1300-24P-4X is fanless but changes access connections to twenty-four 1G ports and reduces the PoE budget to 195W.
