IE-2000-16TC-L has no powered Ethernet ports. Phones, access points and other powered endpoints require their own power source; software licensing cannot add the missing PoE hardware.
Inter-VLAN routing with installed license
The installed LAN Lite license provides Layer 2 switching without IPv4 routing. Routed VLAN boundaries need an external routing device rather than this as-shipped configuration.
